Copyediting: I can review your content for grammar, punctuation and spelling. I can also  check your content for style and formatting consistency. I'll also flag issues with clarity and readability.

Proofreading: After your copy is ready and has been laid out as a proof to be printed, I can do a final check for grammar, punctuation, and spelling. I can look for any inconsistencies in the layout, such as in the headings, line and page breaks, in tables and figures, etc.
